a.	The dispenser will take in the precise quantity of water that the user sets and boils it to the user’s desired temperature. No water and electricity will be wasted in comparison to using the traditional way of heating water.
b.	The dispenser uses a concealed boiler which promotes shorter boiling time.
c.	The intelligent concealed boiler system drains out any leftover water before the next boiling cycle to ensure only fresh hot water is delivery every time.

The dispenser will only dispense the water once it has reached the desired temperature as set by the user. This ensures even temperature distribution.

There are 3 temperature settings: 85°c, 95°c and 100°c

The dispenser has a minimum distribution volume of 150ml and a maximum volume capacity of 1.5L. Each interval of selection is 20ml.

Yes. The process can be stopped by pressing the start/stop button or the dispenser button. To resume the dispensing process, press the dispense button again.

The user will be prompted by a Refill indicator on the display screen. The dispenser will not proceed with any heating process before the water has been refilled.

Use a damp cloth to wipe the dispenser unit clean. Rinse the water tank with clean water.

b.	The Oust descaler can be purchased from major DIY or hardware stores. Other food grade kettle descaler in liquid form also can be used as an alternative.

Yes. In some areas, electricity current supply could be unstable at times. The unstable current could damage the circuit board in the hot water dispenser.
