HOW TO USE
This product is for STEP 1: BRUSH of the GLISTER Oral Care System. Use every morning and night.
  • Apply toothpaste to bristles and place your toothbrush at a 45° angle against the gums. Brush back and forth in a circular motion for at least 2 minutes. Do not forget to gently brush your gums, too.
  • Brush the outer tooth surfaces, the inner tooth surfaces and the chewing surfaces of the teeth.
  • Use the tip of the brush to clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, using gentle up-and-down strokes.
  • Finally, using the textured soft surface on the back of the toothbrush, clean your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.

ADVISORIES AND PRECAUTIONS
Adults and Children over 2 years of age: Brush teeth thoroughly, at least twice a day, or as directed by dentist or physician. Children 2 to 6 years: Use only a pea sized amount and supervise child’s brushing and rinsing (to minimise swallowing). Rinse with water after brushing.
