Warranty:
- 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and parts only.
- 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects on stainless steel material.
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
Tefal Frypan and All-In-One Pot, kitchen utensils along with their
accessories are covered by Tefal against any material or manufacturing
defect, for 2 years from the date of purchase or delivery date, in the
country of purchase. In the event of a problem, the user must contact
their local Tefal Customer Services. Once the product has been received
and the warranty and defect have been confirmed, a new product or equivalent
will be sent in exchange, or a repair will be carried out. Under the
terms of this warranty, Tefal has no further obligations other than to
replace a faulty product. Tefal shall not be obliged to replace any product
which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
This commercial warranty does not cover damage arising from shocks,
improper use, failure to follow the instructions for use and maintenance,
or as a result of an unauthorised modification or repair. It also does
not include normal product wear and tear, nor the following cases:
- Overheating due to prolonged exposure to the heat from a flame or when empty
- Stains, discolouration or scratches on the inside or outside
- Any accident caused by fire, flood, man-made or natural etc.
- Dust or insects getting inside the product (excluding appliances with
features specifically designed for insects)
- Professional use or in the workplace
- Damage when product is knocked or dropped
- Damage from thermal shocks
Warranty is limited to the Repair or Replacement of Tefal products
to manage problems due to the manufacturing defects of products.
- There is no onsite (door to door) warranty repair
or service for customers.
- No automatic replacement for any product, unless
Tefal’s authorised service provider (centre) is informed.
- Any product which becomes faulty within 10 days
of purchase with proof that it is under warranty with
receipt, shall be given a new replacement once checked
and verified by Tefal’s authorised service provider (centre).
- The product should be brought by the customer to the Tefal
service centre (Repairers List | Tefal) for inspection of
warranty document and repair.
- If the product can be repaired, it will be repaired and returned
to the end consumer by the Tefal service centre (Repairers List | Tefal).
- For products that are under warranty, service centre charges will be waived.
- In the case of out-of-warranty repair, the service centre will charge
the cost to the customer.
Non-stick cookware warranty:
The non-stick coating is covered for 2 years against blistering and peeling.
This warranty does not cover sticking or damage caused by incorrect use nor
by any of the cases that are listed above. Tefal ensures that the non-stick
coating complies with regulations covering materials that come in contact
with food.
Additional warranty for Jamie Oliver products made
of stainless steel:
Jamie Oliver by Tefal stainless steel products have a 10-year warranty
from the date of purchase or delivery date, against any faulty materials
or workmanship related to the stainless steel material, provided the
product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended
product instructions. This warranty does not include any damage due
to inappropriate use or resulting from knocks, falls, yellowing and
bluing, or in other exclusion cases listed as above in the Tefal
warranty.

- For Brunei, please return the defect products to the Amway Brunei Shop.
The Amway Brunei Shop will consolidate the item and courier to Miri
(Tefal service centre) for servicing. It will take approximately 1
month for return to Amway Brunei.

to the end consumer by the Tefal service centre (Repairers List | Tefal)
